About ToonVerze & Our Designs

What makes ToonVerze designs unique?

Our designs are custom 3D animated cartoons created exclusively for ToonVerze. Each design is original — you won't find our prints anywhere else. We specialise in playful, colourful cartoon characters that kids love to wear and parents love to buy.

What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?

POD means we print each order individually after you place it. This allows us to offer unique designs, minimise waste, and ensure every product is fresh and made just for you.

Can I customise a design?

Currently, we offer our pre-designed cartoon collections. Custom design orders are coming soon!

Do you have designs for boys, girls, and unisex?

Yes! We offer designs for all kids. Check our collections for Girls' Tees, Boys' Tees, and Baby Rompers. All our designs celebrate imagination and creativity.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Guide for age-to-measurement charts. Our tees are pre-shrunk so order true to size. When in doubt, size up — kids grow fast!

Are your tees true to size?

Yes. All garments are made from pre-shrunk 180 GSM cotton. Maximum post-wash shrinkage is 2%, so what you order is what you get.

What's the difference between rompers and t-shirts?

T-shirts are suitable for ages 0–13 years. Rompers (onesies) are full-body suits for babies and toddlers (0–12 months). Choose based on your child's age and preference.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant gateway with SSL encryption. We never store card details on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order. Email toonverzeofficial@gmail.com immediately. After 2 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over ₹500. Orders under ₹500 have a flat ₹50 shipping fee. Express delivery (₹150) is available for 1–2 business day delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard: 7–9 business days total (1–2 days production + 5–7 days shipping). Express: 3–4 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email toonverzeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return unused items in original condition within 30 days for a full refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

What if my item is defective or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Do I pay for return shipping?

We provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, please contact us to discuss.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Care & Maintenance

How should I wash my ToonVerze tee?

Turn inside-out, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Iron inside-out on low if needed.

Will the print fade or peel?

No. Our direct-to-fabric printing is built to last 50+ washes with proper care. If it fades or peels before that, it's a defect — contact us for a replacement.

About Our Materials

What is 180 GSM cotton?

GSM = grams per square metre. 180 GSM is a medium-weight fabric — light enough for breathable comfort, heavy enough for durability. It's the ideal weight for kids' active wear.

Are the dyes safe for kids?

Yes. We use child-safe, non-toxic inks and dyes that meet international safety standards. All products are tested for harmful substances.
