Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Documented with a full unboxing video and clear photos of the item
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
  • Gift cards

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will send a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days — no questions asked.

Defects covered include: print quality issues (fading, peeling, bleeding), fabric tears, stitching failures, or an incorrect item/colour sent.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at toonverzeofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos, unboxing video of the item, and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
  3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Drop the item at your nearest courier location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange it for the correct size at no extra cost. Mention "Exchange for size [X]" in your return request email.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns (size exchanges, change of mind), return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation. Contact us for details.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing toonverzeofficial@gmail.com. After 2 hours, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
