1. About ToonVerze

ToonVerze is a print-on-demand apparel brand based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We sell custom-designed graphic t-shirts, baby rompers, hoodies, and related apparel through our online store at www.toonverze.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), that all information you provide is accurate, and that you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products

  • All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Product colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings and print processes.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design without prior notice.
  • All designs and artwork on ToonVerze products are original and protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  • All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
  • In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, production begins and cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email toonverzeofficial@gmail.com immediately.

7. Shipping

We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for unused items in original condition with relevant images and unboxing video. Defective items are replaced or refunded without question. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and images — is owned by ToonVerze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ToonVerze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
